A-Coeur-Dance: With Cassie - Most of us know movement as medicine. There is also a way to experience movement as meditation. We open from the inside out, warming up our body's and finding fluid breath. Moving in all directions, we are guided on how to let go and move with our own current. The Dance brings us on a journey through a kaleidoscope of sound and texture and new ways to move the creativity that is uniquely you. No experience is necessary. All ages are welcome. A-Coeur-Dance: Moving through the language of the body and into alignment with the dance of the heart.
