Jan 8-10 (Fri-Sun) WORKSHOP... Amara Pagano: Stillness - "Stillness" is a 5Rhythms dance workshop that will guide us underneath the surface, into the teachings of stillness, where we begin to realize that the emptiness we are afraid of is the refuge we long for. Our nature is empty. It is this emptiness that we emerge from and return to, in life and death, in thought and feeling. To embrace this essential truth is to allow our divinity to hold our humanity, which is a potent and graceful way to live. This workshop will open us to the experience and on-going possibility of living our lives in the deep waters of stillness. Location and times TBA. Friday 7:00-9:30 pm Only $35.
Cost: $225.00 or $195 if paid by Dec 8, 2009.
